FEI as one of the implementers of Cluster4Green Promoting innovative clusters and value chain of SMEs for sustainable development project, has conducted the second round of training on innovative and sustainable business models during 21-23 June, 2023 in Alexandria. SMEs and facilitators attended the training to acquire the know-how of applying Circular Business Model Canvas. Starting from understanding the theory about the Circular Business Design and Methodology, followed by SMEs current business model and the challenges in circularity. Then, introducing to the attendee tools for transformation into circularity tools, sustainable business model and value chain.
