FEI as one of the implementers of Cluster4Green Promoting innovative clusters and value chain of SMEs for sustainable development project, has conducted the first round of training on innovative and sustainable business models business model during 10-11 June, 2023 in Alexandria. The invitees exceeded 40 persons comprise of representatives of Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, Ministry of Environment, Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises Development Agency, Industrial Development Authority as stakeholders; Industrial Chambers, Entrepreneurs and Women Organizations, Investors Associations as facilitators, and SME Enterprises. The training started by info session and workshop to present the project benefits and objective, introduction of the Circular Business Model Prototyping, ECOCANVAS: Business Needs and Challenges, Circular Value Proposition, and Identifying circular opportunities, circularity strategies overview; and finally, Circular Transformation Roadmap. The objective of the training was to provide opportunities to the members of the regional Cluster4Green Network in the field of circular economy policies and practices. Representatives from private and public sectors have discussed potentialities of entrepreneurship, innovation and environmental protection and how the Cluster4Green network contributes to its development. The training is aiming at educating Stakeholders and facilitators on circular economy but mostly to motivate participants to join training and boosting service provided to SMEs companies
